Returns Policy (as of 18 July 2024)

Didn’t love what you ordered? We are happy to accept online returns (subject to the rules below) within 28 days of the delivery date of your purchase for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 28-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that in the event that a full refund is issued, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Items must be returned in undamaged and original condition. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights. Please see below for further details.

UK-based Customers - How do I make a return?

To make a return, please email info@agoretro.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Customers based outside the UK - How do I make a return?

To make a return, please email info@agoretro.com with your order number. If you are making a return from outside of the UK, you must pay for the exchange or return yourself, including any extra payment regarding any handling of any customs, excise duties and applicable taxes when the return package crosses the border to the UK. You can choose the shipping company you want, but always remember to get a receipt when handing over your return package.  Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Fair use

Where we suspect fraudulent activity and/or we notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we might have to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts.

Such activity includes but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and returning frequently, unusual patterns of returns activity, where we suspect someone isn't just trying their items on but wearing them for longer periods and then returning them, where we refuse multiple returns by you, or returning items worn/used and not matching what was originally ordered.
